Why Our Residents Love It Here

My parents are living at LakeHouse and my father's brother came to visit from Dallas Texas. We had lunch at the facility and it was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and very helpful.

The staff at LakeHouse has been wonderful to work with. The care and attention they have given my mom has been very good. I live in another town away from my mom, the LakeHouse staff’s open, timely and frequent communication with me has been outstanding when care adjustments have been needed. Mom has made many new friends at the facility with the staff’s encouragement. Overall we are very happy with the quality of care at LakeHouse.

My father was in LakeHouse in Michigan and I live in Idaho. I didn’t know my father had been admitted to hospice for 3 full days. Once I did, I was able to call and talk to the staff and they were wonderful. My father’s care was exceptional. He was comfortable, cared for, and eased into life’s next stage. Thank you. There is one person I’d like to thank from the bottom of my heart for her care of my father and also of me. Being 2009 miles away, that meant everything to me.
